Is there anytime of plastic surgery procedure that can get rid of KP or cover it up? What about Skin Resurfacing?

From what I understand, the only kind of surgery that is effective is skin grafting because of how deep the effects of KP goes.

i was hoping from donors but i doubt they do that for people who havent been through a physical trauma.
