i've been trying to find new lotions to use because eucerin makes my kp worse and kiss my face oil free moisturizer has stopped working. i do not know what to use!
also, what is a good scrub or lotion to use on my face? my cheeks has lots and lots of bumps.. like ALOT.

I don't have KP on my face, but I would check with a Dermatologist first before you try anything. They'll probably recommend a glycolic acid cleanser, followed by a Glycolic Acid cream of 10% or 15%.

I'm new here and I find this whole thing really depressing. Not only do I have keratosis pilaris on my arms, legs and back, I've also got the seborrheic keratosis on my back, and some on my legs. And if that's not enough, I inherited the porokeratosis from my mothers side of the family. I'm probably the only person on planet earth with all three kinds.

The seborrhic keratosis can be treated with liquid nitorgen. I'm considering getting a profeesion glycolic acid peel to try and deal with the other two though---see if that works.
