i use kiss my face lotion and its doing okay but i think its not doing any more improvement anymore.
i cant use aprciot scrubs cause it makes my kp worse

im trying the oil pulling and coconut oil but im useless at routines havent managed to do it every day as recommended. only realised a week ago its kp i have, theyre so itchy and rough i hate my boyfriend tocuhing my legs. and good to hear others use tweezers to pick. i start with a needle and pick 'head' then tweeze out plug. beauticians kept saying it was ingrown hairs but i knew it wasnt. really hoping a cure comes out soon.....
