this works

Just wanted to let everyone know what has helped me get my KP under control. I have very severe KP pretty much from my head to my toes and have tried just about everything there is, but found this works the best. At night I use sulfur soap in the shower. I lather it on and then use a nail brush to exfoliate my skin. Using the nail brush is really important for some reason it makes a huge difference over a loofah or buff puff. When I get out I dry off and put on Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. I also go to the tanning salon about 3 times a week, I know it isn't great for your skin, but it has helped my KP a ton! Hope this helps some of you I can say I've tried every treatment there is in just about every combination and nothing comes close to this.
