I was wondering if it's okay to mix hemp oil, flax seed oil, and fish oil at the same time? Do you think it would be more effective?

I want to take 5 tablespoons of liquid flax seed oil, 3 tablespoons of liquid hemp oil, and 3 capsules of fish oil a day... yeah it's a lot i know, and the liquid kind is pretty gross. But i will do anything to make this better.


so do u think that all of the different oils are good to mix?

also i would do this along with a low fat, low sugar, low carb, no dairy diet, daily excersize, 8 glasses of water, and oil pulling. I also take other daily supplements.

I think that if i stick with what i said above for atleast a month, the kp will greatly improve or even go away.

Sounds like you are going to be very healthy. Personally I take flax and hemp oil no fish oil as I am vegetarian. I take 2 teaspoons of flax and 3 teaspoons of hemp which is the dosage it says on the bottle. I don't worry about supplimenting with omega 9 as I eat a lot of olive oil in my diet. I also take garlic suppliment and acidophilus every day to support my immune system. I have been oil pulling for 2 1/2 months and using coconut oil as my moisturiser all have helped to some degree. Oil pulling the most dramatic improvement getting nice and smooth skin all over not just on kp areas. Probably would be even better if I could kick my habit of having something sweet to eat after the kids go to bed
