I read your old posts that is why I responded to yours the other day.....Rachel and I did the same thing and got the same results, she has posted on my thread recently and has given a good up to date description of what to do.

there is some links, actually rachel linked it for me on leaky gut syndrome and how it leads to autoimmune diseases such as skin conditions, and colitis is also one of them as well.

I was treated by a naturopathic doctor for "leaky gut syndrome" and my KP has vanished after 21 years along with attaining excellent health.

Rachel and I did different methods, but was the same path, and the same results.

if you are interested email me baronster@shaw.ca and I will guide you to which posts have the information you need so you won't have to do a night of reading.

hello Rachel, I've bought Silymarin Milk Thistle 1000 mg and alchohol free Pau D'Arco pure herbal extract (liquid drops), then a probiotic acidophilus in capsules.
Would you recommend doing the milk thistle and pau d'arco for a while then adding the probiotic acidophilus?
Thank you for any help!

Re: Autointoxication

I completely agree. From all the stories i've heard and the research I've done across manyyy sites - it seems that KP does originate from toxins/digestion problems/candida problems. In fact, I've already been looking to schedule an appointment with one of two local naturopathic doctors sometime this week or next to test for food sensitivities and canadida yeast levels.. I took the at-home-candida-test the other day with a glass of ozonized water (Aquafina) and I watched as my stool had thread-like legs descend towards the bottom of the glass, steadily becoming thicker until most of my stool has sunk to the bottom. Gross, I know - but it was deffinately a wake up call.

So long as I did it right, that is. o_O

Re: Autointoxication

I don't know why this thread isn't generating as much interest as it should.

It seems like a combination of internal cleanses and microdermabrasion is the best way to treat KP.

Re: Autointoxication

Has anyone tried the colonix and/or toxinout programs by Dr.Natura? Seems to be getting a lot of good reviews and has everything one needs to do a complete body detox.

Any reply or response would be greatly appreciated.
