I live in Mexico and I have successfully treated KP by oil pulling. If you want to learn more about this, go to the "Cured at Last" forum under General Discussion.
I use organic coconut oil from the US and extra virgin olive oil purchased here in Mexico. I have never used any other products for KP, so can't help help in your search for anything else.
