Ive had KP since I was 12/13 and now 18, well 19 in a few days, the first sign of KP I had was in the summer when I started to get a rash, I was told by my aunti it was just a heat rash, at that age I was to worried about playing than caring bout my arm, by the age of 15 it started to **** me right off in all honestly it looks worse than when i started to get it, to a stage of me hateing to take my shirt off. Since then Ive been on and off trying to sort it out, my doc just gave me location creams ect, didnt seem to work. within in the last 6 weeks ive been seraching to find out what ive got, just found out.

Been reading though and found out about oil pulling, and the most succeful stories are those are has used this method and using 100% Extra Virgin Coconut Oil what i want to know is this heatly oil u buy from health and beatly (sp) or is it just the heatly cooking oil.

Should be expeller pressed organic. You should buy this from the health food store. You can also use it on your skin as well.
