No milk worked for me...

i know someone mentioned milk in previous posts, but here's my experience...

i've had kp bad on my arms for as long as i can remember and i'm 28. i use to drink A LOT of milk. during pregnancy i drank a gallon every 2 or 3 days, but before that i drank about a gallon a week. now, i've been on a diet and don't drink milk at all. my kp has cleared up significantly!! i'm actually wearing sleeveless again!!!! it's so much better. even my husband noticed that it's almost gone now.

Hi Isabella! that's great. I've had the whole milk thing as a theory for a while, but not sure if it was a trigger. I gave it up for 2 months and did not notice major results...although my skin was not as "upset".

How long did you go without milk until you noticed a change? Did you cut out all dairy?

Thanks!
