I hope you will soon be spotless.
Wow, just 3 days and you already see a difference! Good for you! It took me 3 weeks to realize I was 95% clear, but when I started pulling, I didn't think it would affect my skin, so I wasn't checking. Maybe there was a difference after 3 days -- I didn't realize that anything had changed until day 21 when my skin looked great. I've never used sesame oil, so I don't know if it stays yellow or not. Maybe Molly can tell us. How does it help? Either this condition has its roots in some kind of toxicity which the oil pulling is cleaning up, or the oil pulling is lubricating us from the inside out. Or maybe a bit of both. Many people report an end to dry skin and hair. I have noticed my skin is not so dry since I started. Pulling, swishing, same thing. On the oil pulling forum, they use the word "swishing" also, so you are a pro already! |

If it is light colored, it is untoasted. If it is dark, with a strong flavor, it is toasted. I bought a can of sesame oil from an oriental grocery store. It said "100% sesame oil". It didn't say toasted. When I opened it, I could tell from the color and flavor that it was toasted, even though that word wasn't on the can. It is reddish-brown. Great on stir-fries, but I won't pull with it.

Rinse with sea salt water
I forgot whether I told you all to rinse with warm sea salt water after you spit. It will clean your mouth so nicely you might forget to brush that day! This is the best way to get any residue out of your mouth. I also gargle with the sea salt water, as that has good health properties also.

Hi Kebod
First of all thank you so much for sharing this information. I've got a question. I normally have 3 teaspoons with Apple Cider Vinegar first thing in the morning which helped me clearing my acne completely. Do you know if it it will be ok to after swisfing with the oil for 20 minutes? Thank you! |

Congras! You two have really motivated me therefore I've started OP this morning... but I used the WRONG OIL!!! the toasted sesame oil
probably I was too thrilled when I found out there's a new solution! I'll restart tomorrow after buying a proper oil!I have a question for the 2 of you, can you share your topical KP management with us as well? what kind of skin products do you use? |

I don't think the coconut lotion used topically can hurt. Some on this forum have used it to help their skin, but I didn't know that when I first started oil pulling, so I had my results with oil pulling only. Now, I notice that my skin is softer all over, so I don't put any oil or cream on my upper arms.

This is OK after you oil pull. Don't do it before, as the pulling is supposed to happen on an empty stomach. I don't even have water before, but afterwards (after I've cleaned my mouth) I drink two glasses of water over the next hour to help with the total cleansing process.

Well, it wasn't a totol loss if your nose cleared!
![]() Save the rest for stir-fries. Safflower is supposed to be very mild-tasting and used by many. You may notice many other different benefits from oil pulling, not just cleared sinuses and the end of KP. There is a long list of different health improvements reported by many people. I hope you check out the oil pulling forum where they discuss everything related to oil pulling including the variety of health benefits. http://curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=738 I never did anything special topically, aside from a regular body lotion that I use all over after showers. But I have noticed much softer skin since oil pulling. It seems my skin is lubricating itself now. That may be the key to why the KP ended. |

I swished three days but have skipped the last two. It's tough with a 4 year old asking me questions. I'll try again!

4 year old challenge
I understand your situation. Sometimes the phone rings, or the doorbell, and my pulling comes to a quick end. I hope you do find the time to try this.
Good luck. |

You are welcome. I'm just so thrilled to have my skin clear, after decades of bumpy skin, that I want to share it with everyone. Molly Bloom told me about this forum -- I didn't even know about it. Let us know if you see results.

thanks Molly, Spot, and Kebold!
thanks for the update spot! You've given me inspiration to continue!
I've been oil pulling for about 4 days (I think). I haven't seen any visible results yet. But my body may take a little longer to react. I really hope that this works! It's so much more convenient than any other method out there! |
