Success: Before and After Photos !

http://www.*********.com/blueparadis...PPictures.html

New stuff is forever being added to the site. Please read everything, get lots of info, and you really can have success in treating your KP.

I have updated this post, because the info on it was so outdated, and everything that is helpful to know is explained in detail at the site. I have also deleted and edited most of my other posts, and tried to leave any useful bits that are not really covered at the site. It is really hard to glean information from posts. It can be way frustrating for new people who want concentrated data on this method of treatment. So, I want the site to be their source for it from now on, as it is updated and much better organized.
Feel free to email with any questions or comments:

****************** (at) yahoo.com

I believe this method, dermabrasion followed by Glycolic Acid, can treat most cases of KP successfully if it is done right. I have also incorporated Molly and Kebod's Oil pulling, Daisy's vitamin A, and many other tips that people have provided, and it all contributes to maintaining clear skin.
I have compiled tons of data and organized it to be as useful as possible for people on the site. Do check it out.

Best wishes to all, and I look forward to talking about treatment with you. I don't post here much, but I am always around the site and available by email, and I do read the topics here several times a week to catch up with people and read about your experiences.

So I am still around, even though I don't talk much here.

Smile Amazing

Wow, your results are amazing. I would take those peel marks any day to smooth out the bumps and remove the dark marks. What were the exact names and brands of the treatments you used? Thanks for sharing. Wish you continued luck.

My legs looks just like yours did...and I can never ever get a tan either. I've been using extra-virgin coconut oil for my arms b/c they don't have red bumps, just general redness (likely from picking) and bumps. My legs don't have many bumps but they do have tons and tons of dots. I think I'm going to give your suggestion a dedicated try since it's becoming pants season (experimentation time).

Yeah, it's just the skin type. You burn and then freckle, and the freckles are permanent and if you don't start wearing sunblock, they just get denser and denser and look horrible.
I used to think it was a drag, but then I started noticing what tanning does to people. It looks fine in your teens and 20s, but in your 30s and 40s you start getting all dry and leathery and spotty. It sucks and only gets worse.
I actually think it's better to have fair skin and just keep it protected. You look way better when you get older.

Thanks. Yeah, way. The little irritation is very manageable. It's amazing to have skin that actually looks normal and not all freaky/diseased/It's Alive ! type deal...

And STICK with it ! I can't stress that enough. If you have even mild or moderate KP, give it at least 3 months of daily use. For severe KP, you may be looking at 4-5 months for clear skin.

Most people have had KP for decades. It's not going to go away in a week. You have to slough all your skin and regrow it, basically, and clear all your follicles. It takes time but is totally worth it.

Besides, what else are you doin'? Sitting around this forum being miserable for months and months, if not years, some of you. You might as well pick a regimen and commit to it for the long haul.

Question Just wanted to know

Im fourteen and i have KP, but i think it's only mild as there are only little red spots and a few bumps, and they dont itch or burn. But they are all over my thigh and calf area and i was wondering which % i should use, and the names of the product, and also if there is a home site for them. I saw the pictures of after before and after treatment from Turquoise and it was amazing. i would also like to know if there is a way to tell when the KP skin ends and the healthy skin starts to avoid the burning from the acid. Please reply or email me if you know anything. And I live in Australia, so i would like to know if there are any products that can be shipped over here, or if there are Australian stores which sell them.

Thanks for sharing your results Turquoise - they are amazing. Good on you for sticking with a regime for 2 months. I think we get so used to wanting instant success that we give up too easily. Like you said this condition took a long time to build up so it is not going to go away overnight. I hope this treatment brings good results for lots of people on this board.

Lightbulb

I forgot i also wanted to know, if the treatment is a success and it goes away then do i have to use the product continually or is it gone forever. Umm and my KP is about the same as this persons http://www.eskin.com.tw/DB/Upload_Si...0315114017.jpg
but mine isn't as bumpy, and its on the thigh/calf area.

Ah and is there a lotion that doesn't require a credit card, that accepts money orders or something

Hi Turquiose

OK.....so I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart fro taking the time to care and share all this info with us. I currently own the philosophy soul owner cream which has glycolyic acid but i don't know what %. I'm gonna try to call the company and find out. It has enough to make me tingly when I put it on...so I know it's breaking up surface skin. After laser and years later, I don't have bumps but I have red/brown dots allll over my legs and they light up bright red when I get cold. After looking into laser and going to "top" derms I convinced myself that I will have to accept my skin the way it is. My problems don't end at the legs....not by a long shot....but I are you telling me I can get rid of the nasty red dots on my legs and arms????

If I start with the 15% how long till I move up to 20%? Should I stop if I start getting red and irritated or just use cortisone (overcounter) and analgesic cream (what's this???) and keep at it. I don't mine the flanky, peeling skin (that's a good thing!) but I really don't want to do something to my skin to make things worst...after doing a lot counterproductive stuff...I scared ****. BUT, is the key to keep at it even when you get the red irritated skin?

The red dots seem to go down so so deep into the dermis and it seems too far down to just peel away.

I can't thank you enough.

Daze

Hi,
I'm from Cali myself ! (LA Basin). I don't think they would sell AHAs at this strong percentage in any retail store, because it is not a product that the average, non-KP person could use. (This stuff *burns* normal skin.) You have to get it at special, dermatological places.

Try here:

https://www.skinstore.com/store/prod...=0&prodID=1998

And then work up to the 20% if you can:

Yeah. Way. It can make your bumps *feel* deceptively smooth, but it's not gonna unclog those follicles and fix the problem.
