Re: My search is over!

hey guys!!

I started using AHA lotion 10% almost a month ago and now apply AHA twice a day (10% in the morning and 15% in the evening)

BUT I didn`t use dermabrasion or any sort of physical exfoliation beforehand, because I thought the chemical exfoliation would do.

I am now kind of worried that my treatment might not work even though I apply AHA daily and gradually upgrade the percentage...

Has anyone had good results with AHA without doing dermabrasion (I don`t know how to get the stuff anyway because I´m in Europe)

or is it okay to exfoliate maybe using fine sugar and keep using AHA at the same time??

I don`t want to interrupt my AHA treatment as I am already one month into it...

So far I haven`t seen any big changes, but from what I heard the key is to keep using AHA as it takes a lot of time to show effects.

I have this crazy idea of having KP free arms in summer, so at least I can wear Tshirts *sigh

(btw my KP is pretty severe and I have it on arms & legs, etc)

congrats to all the guys who`ve already had success and to all those who are still struggling: keep at it!!!

Hi Kristina,I didn`t use dermabrasion or any sort of physical exfoliation (maybe a loofah every now and then under the shower). It's too soon to see results but don't give up,I saw changes after three months and it took me five to six months to get rid of my kp.I started with aha 10 ,then continued with 15 and 20.Here are some pictures.Good luck!
