I was talking to a plastic surgeon a few months ago when my little brother was getting treated for a burn he recieved and i told him how distressing it was and he knew exactly what i was talking about. The first thing he said was the "red dots" and then he told me that certain chemo therapies are used to get rid of it. I am probably going to pursue it and i just wanted to give this info to you guys.
