About 6 years ago, after the birth of my first child, i noticed this flat red spotted rash on my arms. Occasionally there will be small "pimple" like bumps as well, but usually just flat and red on my forearms and upper arms. I always attributed it to a bad sunburn I had gotten on my arms right after having my child (never did understand why it would not go away). For me, it does seem to get better when I A) get a tan or B) Lose weight. So now it makes sense, this is what I have. This has plauged me for years, constantly having to look at my once "normal" arms that are now constantly red and rashy. I look forward to looking around this site, getting some tips and learning more about this condition!
