For those of you living in Europe where there is no Bath & Body Works; there is a great alternative for their Eucalyptus & Mint Body Lotion: Aldo Vandini Grapefruit & Mint! I used to mix baby oil with mint and eucalyptus essential oils, but this body lotion is much nicer to handle.
I know, sometimes things seem to help in the beginning, but after a few weeks, everything is the same again (I recommended a sun lotion here a few months ago, which was great after three weeks of application but not after another three weeks...) But I have used up the first bottle of the lotion now, and I'm completely addicted to it. Not only does it reduce the redness, it also leaves a great touch. I combine it with Kneipp Almond soap-free Body Wash.
Besides that I still go to the sauna to cure my KP, but I have to go less often since I use that lotion.

I hope they have this in NZ, I have emailed BBW it is really annoying how they don't ship outside the US. I am going to an infared sauna too so I will be sure to keep that up. Thank you! :-)
