Could this work?
Hey guys, I don't know about you guys, but have you guys tried removing the hair from the follicles with wax or something. I've noticed that people without much arm hair tend not to have it. Perhaps removing the hair gives the follicles more breathability or space...so it won't get red or bumpy like an infection. What do you guys think?

Well, when I had it on my thighs (bumps w/out the redness) waxing didn't do anything to it at all.

It's a good theory, but I don't know that it would help. I'm almost hairless on the upper arms and that's where I get it the most. Still, it may help you. Let us know if it does!
