I have discovered that if I consume refined sugar products my KP gets bad. Therefore I have said goodbye to all products containing refined sugar, and I only consume lot's of fruits and their juices to get the sugars my body needs naturally and not from any other source.

For more information on the different types of sugars go here:

I don't consume anything with sugar (candy bars, sugar with coffee, etc.), I only consume fruits which naturally contain fructose - a sugar that is metabolized in our liver and don't require insulin produced in our pancrease so that it can be taken by our bodies.

I don't drink coffee anymore, cant' say I drink alot of coke either (which contains LOTS of suga and caffein). the KP is just there. I don't think consuming anything makes it worse or better for me.

If you go to www.spa-medical.com and click on the "skin conditions" to the right, then scroll all the way to the bottom, there is an article on KP that talks all about the KP-sugar-calcium connection.
