I received automated return emails from both Arbonne and Aveda. I also got one from the Mayo Clinic. Aveda then sent me another email directing me to call the global office in New York. I might try that, but not tonight. Maybe on Monday... Remind me...
The Arbonne email said they'd give me an actual response in 5 days. So, next week, I guess. Mayo probably won't even dignify my email with a response. <SIGH> I'm going to re-email Oprah right now, though. It's worth a shot...
I'm curious about Reiki. Have you heard of it? It sort of ties in with your acupuncture theory. Kind of about chi flow. In a Native American sort of way...
What do you think?

Exclamation I am finding interesting things!!

i have never hear of it, but from what i have read about acupuncture and skin diseases such as eczema, the results have been excellent.
I am going to continue to look into acupuncture because i went to see a chinese consultant yesterday and he seemed pretty optimistic.
i have been looking into hypnosis as well.

if you want to understand some things go on www.google.com and search these topics:
Skin Diseases And Acupuncture
Skin Conditions And Acupuncture
Skin Diseases And Emotional Stress
Skin Conditions And Stress
Skin Conditions And Hypnosis.

It is said that anxiety and stress is a good place to start for treating skin conditions, just to get the condition under control.

Lightbulb Theory!!

okay Allison i think the best form of treatment is a combination of treatments, starting with how you feel, and then oral medication...make sure that you are getting all the daily amounts of vitamins and minerals and drinking plenty of water. (This is my theory by tha way) that should control the skin condition, therefore having control would maybe have better benefits.
As i am also a KPRF sufferer, gaining control would maybe give me benefits in laser treatment...as i believe people don't respond well to lasers because they are emotionally distressed and i have read somewhere that emotions can change your skin, Strange But True. This theory will not have any drawbacks, it's certainly going to have a benefit.

I agree totally! Emotions, especially stress, do have an effect on your skin. Working in the skin care field, doing many facials, I have seen it. People who normally have fine skin decide to get married, plan their wedding, and boom...break out. I have even seen some people who have gotten rashes that were believed to be stress related.
