Hey Guys,
I just found this website and i think its fantastic, as soon as i read about carrot juice, i made my dad go and buy it immediatly. It seems to be working. I have had KP all of my life i am 14 now and its just getting annoying. Ive tried EVERYTHING, i mosturise everyday and night, i take fish oil tablets (which are pretty good too) i use perscription cream i exfoliate, but nothing is perminate.

Now thats my life story, sorry about that guys!

I lived in Melbourne recently, and for those who dont know,its VERY cold, and thats just in summer. So then we moved up North to the Gold Coast in Australia, and that HOT. lol. I go to the beach almost everyday, the salt water does SO much i can hardly believe IT! So if you can, head to the beach, and dont be afraid to get a bit sunburnt (i found that helps)
I also sweat a bit now too, so your natural oils come out and replenish your skin, it makes it softer in other words! THIS IS JUST WHAT I FOUND!

Ps. TRY CARROT JUICE! Specifically the V8 Citruice Splash! Really Nice!

I think that different climates make a difference, too. Some think that living up north (here in the States) makes it worse because of the cold. But I know someone who had great skin and moved to Florida, way down south, and now is having a time with her skin. So, who knows!

Yeah, i descovered that just a few days ago... after i posted that.. god that always happens doesnt it??
