So I've just figured out that the skin problems I've had on my arms, legs and cheeks is KP.
For years I have been very embarressed to wear t-shirts and shorts since my limbs are all bumpy and red. I've gone through so many creams that my doctors perscribed me and that have never worked since they never knew what my condition was. I'm just so happy to finally know what this skin disorder is and that there are lots of other people with this same annoying problem.

Welcome Luna! I experienced the same thing- living with this forever and never knowing the connection between my face, legs and arms or the name of this condition. This forum is great- feel free to post questions and comments.

You'll find many of us have similar stories about not wearing short sleeves, shorts, etc...
For instance, my not-so-tactful father-in-law actually said, "Ewww!!! What's wrong with your arms!?! Is it contagious?" <recoiling in horror and glancing at my newborn daughter skeptically> sheesh, some people...
