Did you know that Alcohol, Tea And Coffee take away water in your body, therefore the body is more prone to dehydration.
Have you noticed that when you go out and drink alcohol, you go to the toilet more times than what you drink, this is because you are losing vital body water as well...if you don't believe this then see for yourself, your pee will be a clear water colour if i'm right...if i'm wrong it will be a yellowy colour.

My pee is always clear. I only drink water. Unless I go out to the bar which isn't very often. The only time my pee is yellow is after I take my vitamins

OK well if all you drink is water, then it's OK if your pee is that colour...because your body can only use so much water, the rest just goes the same way as waste.

Its actully funny. See I've never like pops or juices and I'm not really a milk fan either. Anyhow, when I got this factory job years ago to make extra money they had me take a drug test. They actually made me go back and take another drug test because they thought I was trying to flush something out of my system. At the time I was a little offended because I've never touched drugs in my life. lol
