Ever since I moved out of my mum's house to go and live with my dad in his apartment, my KP has almost completely cleared up! (it's just a little discolored). I'm not sure why! Whether it is the water in the shower, or because I am not so stressed anymore! (i was having alot of stress at home). My diet has improved slightly, but I have been eating fish n chips twice since I been here! But I am trying to eat more protein, and my dad buys nice quality bread (mum buys cheap ****py refined stuff). Plus I have had 2 Beetroot, carrot, wheatgrass juices since I have been here. Only been here a week btw! ALSO...been drinking coffee alot because my dad is a barista ...I know it's bad for you...but atleast I know it don;t make KP worse :P! I am very pleased. Off to buy some fake tan tomorrow, my arms will look normal! (I haven't even been to the tanning bed in 2 weeks and my KP cleared). I am going to buy a sleevless shirt too. Could stress be a major factor?

Makes sense to me. Lots of people get KP while pregnant, and that's really stressful...

Several of the factors you mentioned are things I have noticed in my own KP case. I've noticed when I travel that my skin does react differently to the water and the humidity of the region. I've also found that when my stress levels are higher, the KP on my arms is much worse.
