Humidity?
Does anyone live in the South where it is more humid? I remember when I was in Louisiana I didn't even have to put lotion on after the shower. My skin felt a lot better down there. I was only down there for a few days though.

I don't live in the South, I live in Canada where it is completely freezing right now, but I've asked the question before re: humid/hot weather improving KP. I received replies from Australia and Texas and a few other warm States and none of them said that hot/humid weather made any noticeable difference to their KP. I was a little disheartened because I was hoping to hear something different. Like I was gonna up and move! But anyway, the response wasn't overly positive for me so hopefully you will get something different.

I live in Philadelphia and in the summer months it is terribly humid here. Even in the dead of winter the humidity reaches into the 90's and 100%. It's awful, I remember when in high school I had really long curly hair and I remember a few times in the winter just staying home and not going to school due to the humid weather in the winter, my hair would look like a frizzy mess. Well anyway to answr your question I don't think it helps to live where it is humid. I spent a month in hawaii and I noticed no difference there either. The funny thing is that my doctor tells me I should not even live here due to my allergy and sinus problems, he said I should live in a dry climate. So if I lived in Vegas would my KP be out of control? Kim

As a Florida resident with KPRF, I think it is almost as bad in the summer as in the winter. I lived in New Orleans and it started there. So much for the humidity theory, at least in my case.
