I've forgotten to share this with everybody because its such a habit for me to use this very cheap inexpensive lotion everyday. For many years now I have used vitamin E lotion on my face. The bumps on my face went away entirely! Ever since then I won't use anything else. I've tried this lotion on my arms and its never worked. I don't know why but it only works on my face. I can remember all the way back to when I was 14 or 15 and my friend asked my why my face was so bumpy. Ever since then I had been very self consious about. Now I don't even think about it. You can buy this lotion in a huge bottle for just a few bucks. Also, I do not use cleansers on my face. Just water. I'm not joking when I say no bumps. I just wish it worked as well for other places on my body.

I get it at WalMart. Its Fruit of the Valley brand and its really cheap.
