Drinking 7 pints of water a day will keep your body hydrated.

Your lifestyle changes are reasonable. Can you give some tips on meditation--like how to begin something like that? I know I am anxious at a low level most of the time. It would be nice to not feel that way. Exercise is one thing that helps me reliefe the anxiety but some weeks I have a really hard time getting myself to go to the gym.

I was told that using Lac-Hydrin Five works really well on clearing up the redness and bumps. I haven't been out to buy any yet but I plan on doing so very soon. Has anyone else tried this?
