I just recently ordered it. Been scrubbing on (fairly vigorously) in the shower, then letting it sit on my skin for a minute (don't know why-it feels medicated-y, like it's really getting into my skin). Been using for 4 days. It's a pretty harsh scrub, which I don't mind. I need all the exfoliation I can get. Seems like it might be helping, though it's hard to tell because I've been picking (shame, shame). Also, started the extra virgin coconut oil for the first time tonight! We'll see how that goes. My skin does feel really soft. But, I've never had problems with softness because of the "chicken skin." I only get the white bumps here and there. I just pick at them and then, my skin is rough because of scabs. Yuck! I'll keep you posted on my progress!
