decided to do something about "the bumps"
Hi All!
New member here. F/37. I've had the red bumps on my arms as long as I can remember, but they were just at the top of my arms now they have traveled to my elbows. I decided to see my doctor who told me to stop my at home microderm abrasion and to go super easy on my skin. She gave me a script for Teteroin. yikes I feel smoother but my arms are as itchy if not itchier than when I had chickpocks. Ughh.. did I miss something...??? Am I supposed to moisturize or what? I'm more than halfway through the tube 9day and night) and I itch so much! I don't really see all that much difference honestly. I was so hoping these bumps would go away..... I want so much to where a strapless dress for the upcoming holiday parties! Any other Tetroin users out there? Charlene charley711@msn.com |

i am not a user but I am going to a party in a strappy formal this saturday night. do not let your kp dictate your wardrobe!!
Of course, I am working on some minimizing measures this week, but I have always worn a strappy or strapless dress to Christmas parties. No one has ever given my kp a glance! Another thing you can do is wear a sleeveless dress and a suuuper sheer lil scarf/wrap. KP is also harder to detect when you are not in bright light. Put a mirror in a room with adjustable lighting and see what you look like. Looking down at your kp in close proximity looks way worse than from a tad beyond your personal space. |

yes, and judging by some of the stuff I saw in the dept stores last weekend, that's a hot look this year (sleeveless top with sheer wrap. I saw several tops that had substantive material around breast/torso area and the sheer, gauzy stuff around chest, shoulders, arms. They were part of dressy pantsuit. I guess we're all on our annual quest for that hot holiday party outfit!
I'm still looking. I also heard that the shimmery look is in again this season. (you know, shimmery powder or lotion) I think that would look especially good under one of those sheer, gauzy tops!good luck finding yours! addy |

You could be allergic to this medicine.
My Derm. said that Lac- Hydrin 12% cream is the most prescribed and best medicine to try. Look at my post under this is working for me from about a week ago. |
