I can't live without any dairy or sugar, so I sure hope they aren't the cause.

I went off dairy entirely (including whey, etc.) for about 2 months, (because my daughter had a suspected milk allergy while I was nursing her, turned out not to be true), and my KP didn't lessen in the slightest. If anything, it worsened from the stress of having to read EVERY FREAKING LABEL everytime I opened my mouth. So for some people, it may be the cause, but not for others... I've been on LA Weight Loss for over a year (I've lost 50 pounds!!) and that includes the drastic reduction of sugar in my diet (not an all out ban, though): I eat sugar-free(SF) chocolate, SF jello, SF jam, SF sodas, SFgum, etc. now, all the time, but it didn't help my KP either, like I said, maybe for some, not for me. Just my 2 cents worth...
