Bathy & Body Soy Cream & Glysolid Works!

Hi. My daughter is almost 4 years old & has had KP since around 18 mos old. I have tried so many different creams! She has it on her upper arms, thighs, her behind, and her cheeks are red. I recently started using the Bathy & Body Works Pure Simplicity Sensitive Skin Calming Face Cream-Soy on her KP spots, not just her face. It's $18.50 1.7oz jar. This stuff is AWESOME! I cannot believe how quickly I saw results & made her skin silky & soft- within 1 - 2 days! It minimized the bumps & felt smooth. Plus she has very sensitive skin, and this is non-irritating. I like using it on my face, too, it's so gentle & creamy!

Also, my co-worker has a bit of KP on her arms- I had her try Glysolid cream & she said it really worked, I felt her smooth arms. This is a bit thicker & not as silky as the Bath & Body, but still good stuff. It's more gel-like.
Currently, they have an offer for free sample size (but not tiny) tube, you just pay $2.95 shipping.

I just wanted to pass this info along, because I know how hard it is to get KP under control! Hope this helps someone!

Have you found a good cleanser for your child's KP??

Thanks for the info re: the Bath & Body Works Pure Simplicity Soy Cream. I have a newly diagnosed 3 yr. old, and I'm going to give it a try. She's pretty well covered with skin colored KP on most of her body. Just 1 question for you - what do you use to cleanse your childs KP spots? Have you found anything worth using? The Johnson & Johnson Head to Toe wash that I've been using on her since she was a baby is now really drying her skin out. I have been using Cetaphil cleanser for my dishydrotic eczema for years and was going to start washing her with that - but if you've found something better that works for your child's KP - I'd really appreciate your input and insights.

Thanks so much!

Unhappy Bathy & Body Soy Cream

OWO: it looks like the BBW item has since been discontinued.

Did you ever find a suitable replacement?
