I'm trying the Soul Owner Foot Cream and it is definitely improving my kp. Especially on my thighs. My arms seem a little bit more stubborn, but I can wear short sleeves and not be embarressed!!! YEAH!!! I started out using it night and morning and exfoliating in the shower daily. I'm down to using it about every other day and I can see I need to use it daily to keep it under control.
From all I've read it seems the magic ingredient is Glycolic Acid, which this product has. I use a 2% Salicylic Acid toner occasionally too. I need to be more consistent and I'm sure I'd get much better results.

I gave this a try too because I use it on my feet (wonderful for keeping them soft) after I read in the forums that it could help. It is WONDERFUL. I used it for the first time the other night and by the next morning, the bumps were down considerably...I can't wait to see what happens with consistent use.

Do you guys know what kind of KP you have? Or describe your symptoms a lot? Like for me, I have lots of bumps on my arms (360 all around) and thighs (360 again), and butt! Red on my butt and thighs, and just darker-than-regular-skin discoloration on my arms...so that's like...KPA... So yeah, just describe your symptoms a bit.

Mine is pretty mild...just on the back of my arms and it's more skin colored, not really red...hope that helps.

..this is working for you. I'm getting some online soon because its one of the few good products in the UK with glycolic and salycic acids. I'm hoping it will work as well for me as I've got to attend my cousin's wedding in a strappy dress in two-three weeks and my arms wil be on display. Its brilliant that you've had success with Soul Owner, good on ya!
