Ok....for those who are using it let's post some results since the Self Magazine thread is getting lengthy!

Specifically what are you using. The solution alone, lotion alone or both. If lotion what kind? How many times per day? Are you using any other moisturizer with it?

What kind of results or lack of are you seeing?

I have been using the solution recommended by the doc at night followed by moisturizing with Am Lactin. I have been using the skin smoothing AHA 10 in the morning.

I am seeing slow results. Certainly not miraculous but there. I notice the best results overnight after using the solution so I may up that to twice a day.
Keeping in mind that he did say a month in his response for results.

Hello everyone. I am f/36/toronto and have suffered from kp forever. Kids at school used to call me pimply legs. I have kp on my legs, backs of my arms and am now getting it on my stomach. My legs are particularly bad. So bad that I rarely wear shorts in the summer ever when it's 35 degrees out. So everyone is raving about Neostrata. Is it really that good? I need something to deal with the redness. I am getting married in 35 days and my dress is strapless. I would love any advice on taming the redness for my big day. Does the Neostrata work for that or only the bumps? Thanks.

i don't know if this would help but i actually used foot exfoliator on my arms and legs in the bath/shower. i then used a good lotion for moisturising i.e. 100% aloe vera lotion, this did help smooth my arms and legs. i did discover i was too harsh when scrubbing before and only left me with more work trying to remove marks i had made. fortuanately they have now gone and i can say i would have no hesistation in wearing a sleeveless gown! before would never even contemplate any sleeves to the elbows only!
