I started a new thread on lac-hydrin cream a couple of weeks ago. I just wanted to add, I know you may think this is crazy but, this is what I do:
Shower in AM with sulfar soap with a brush in circular motion, and then I use skintamates shave gel for extra dry skin( all over), then I shave my legs-the norm.,
then I shave the backs of my upper arms. Then I blot dry and apply the lac-hydrin cream(prescription). I just started shaving my arms about the same time I started the lac-hydrin so I don't know which it is that is working but my arms are as smooth as a babies butt. I had KP really bad too. My thighs are really smooth too but my outer thighs and butt are a little more stubborn but much better than before I started this. I usually get too tired to do the lotion at night or I forget but when I remember I apply lotion at night too. I just dampen my skin with my hands from the sink.
If anyone else tries this let me know how it works out for you. Hopefully someone else can use this.

I know how bad this sucks I'm 37 and had it as long as I can remember. I even failed gym in JH & HS because I wouldnt put on shorts.
