Chest Redness

I'm new to this site but after pretty extensive reading i have not come across anyone with KP on their chest, for me that is 95% of the problem 3/4 of my chest has splotchy red bumps all over it covering my pecs and thighs. I also have it on my back shoulders arms thighs and butt but i could care less. I NEED TO GET RID OF THE CHEST REDNESS! the bumps are easy to smooth.

- For me it's 100% cosmetic and aesthetic - all i want to do is cover it up

Any suggestions products for covering it up or llighting it

Just so you know I have it on my chest too. I'm currently working on trying to get rid of it too so I don't have any advice as of yet.
