Please answer a simple yes or no if your kp is as bad as these pics... i want to know the severity of most of you here...

Looks just like my arms

My arms looked like the 2 left-hand side bottom pics, until I started using arbonne.

No, mine arn't that red, I have to be in the sun for a long time or rub my arms with something before they turn red, my arms are like the last guys face!

Mine is bad as that from my face, everywhere on my arms, and my thighs all the way down to my ankles. Except that mines isn't as red, since my Kp color is brown, and sometimes purple [when im cold].

sucks since it's already summer & everyone is wearing short sleeves. but the good thing is that KP gets better during the summer.

mines in arms is like 32...but also have in back and chest

Mine are like the picture keratosispilaris23.jpg. Upper arms. Red bumpy, looke like little whiteheads. And when I pick, (yes I know its obsessive) they get even more red.

my arms were like that when i was a kid.but now some of the bumps have gone away and are not as red.
