My condition isn't almost as severe as that, but still very noticeable. I want to sort it out before it gets worse. I'm going to try a very strict diet, stuffing more fruit & veg in, and cutting out all the bad stuff. If I see no more improvement I'll see my Doctor, to see if there's any sort of supllement to help.

Those are severe cases; that's about as bad as it gets, I think. On the upper right corner, that closeup of the red dots. That's what mine used to look like on the sides of my hips. That indicates a very deep problem with large, raised bumps and very inflamed follicles - probably the hairs have been ingrown there for years and years.

Yes, I do that bad on my arms and legs No, My back is less severe and I don't have much any on my face at all.

I have that on my upper arms and thighs. It's recently gotten a lot worse (I moved to Texas) and seems to have spread down to my lower arms and calves. I've always had it, but only just found out what it was when it's worsening caused me to go to the doctor.
