Hi Everyone,
Has anyone tried an infrared sauna? I am thinking about using one. I remember that when I spent a Summer in Michigan when I was younger I used a steam room & my KP was not a problem, however I also suntanned a lot & came from NZ so the humidity was probably a factor & it makes it hard to tell whether it was the steam room. I wondered if anyone else had any suggestions on what had worked for them. Please share.

What is meant by "infared"?

I think it is a heat that is similar to the heat from the sun but without the UV rays, it's supposed to heat you (your core) rather than the room. But that's probably not the scientific explanation! I quite like the sound of it to clear out my pores & help with my toning regime also, so I'll be trying it anyway & will let you know how it works for my KP -fingers crossed!
