Infrared Sauna or Steam Room?
Hi Everyone,
Has anyone tried an infrared sauna? I am thinking about using one. I remember that when I spent a Summer in Michigan when I was younger I used a steam room & my KP was not a problem, however I also suntanned a lot & came from NZ so the humidity was probably a factor & it makes it hard to tell whether it was the steam room. I wondered if anyone else had any suggestions on what had worked for them. Please share. |

I think it is a heat that is similar to the heat from the sun but without the UV rays, it's supposed to heat you (your core) rather than the room. But that's probably not the scientific explanation! You can check out infrared therapy on the net through google or try the site with the sauna I am going to try www.magmed.com
I quite like the sound of it to clear out my pores & help with my toning regime also, so I'll be trying it anyway & will let you know how it works for my KP -fingers crossed! |
