I have had KP forever but its not very red, more on the bumpy, pimply side. A long time ago my dermatologist gave me a lachydrin mousturizer that helped only minimally. Recently I tried using my Proactive face wash and repair cream on my arms just to see if it would work. It has definitely made them smoother and the bumps less frequent and smaller - finally looked like I had "normal' arms.

Repair Lotion

Inactive Ingredients: water (aqua), cyclomethicone, ethoxydiglycol, propylene glycol, glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, cetearyl alcohol, dimethicone, panthenol, allantoin, carbomer, ceteareth-20, xanthan gum, triethanolamine, diazolidinyl urea, methylparaben, propylparaben, fragrance (parfum).
