Gluten-Free Diet?

Hey guys,

I came accross the following while browsing the internet.

Thought I'd share it.

It almost seems too good to be true.

Interesting...My bloodworks indicated that I am a bit sensitive to gluten, and I have almost excluded it completely from my diet. I will continue to do that and let you know if I have any results!

you should completely eliminate grains and dairy from your diet

I don't think I could stick to that diet. I am a pasta and cheese freak! Good luck to anyone who tries it though.

I wonder if all of us here have some kind of gluten intolerance or other food allergy/intolerance and we just don't know it? There must be something going on inside my body that is causing this right! Because no matter what I seem to try on the outside nothing works (or not that great anyway because it just keeps on coming back). How would I know if I were gluten intolerant, should i ask my doctor for a test or what? I would just go out and eat straight out gluten free food but I doubt my mum will bother to buy it or make it unless I actually had a reason!

Gluten is found in grains. Wheat, rye, and barley mostly. It damages the intestines, making them less effective at absorbing nutrients. It's possible that it would prevent enough fatty acid absorbtion to cause KP.

Gluten and dairy-free diet

I have excluded both gluten and dairy, but sometimes I cheat...I´m going to try even harder though. Something very interesting is that when I exclude gluten all my PMS-problems just vanish! ( I had so much pain in my breasts for two to three WEEKS a month!! It was really horrible, but now it only hurts for maybee two-three DAYS instead. ) My skin feels a bit softer too and I´m not using anything "external" at the moment. The red is not gone though, and thats really the most embarrasing. I try to ignore it, but poeple DO comment and stare. Really annoying!! Next time it happens I will comment back because it´s always possible to find some flaw that they have...I will not do it in a mean way, just comment on it so they can feel for them self how it feels. I used to party a lot before and alcohol relly makes it worse, so I try to exclude that to. ( But it´s a bit hard now in the summertime...) I´m going to buy MSM-powder soon to, I really believe that the most effect is when you heal it from the inside. But I´m thinking of buying Stri-Vectin for my face, and Calm Cream. ( Whit MSM. ) I have posted if anyone here have tried it, but I haven´t got any replies. Bye for now!
