Diagnosis Today

After years of a red face and bumpy arms I finally visited the dermatologist. Within the last year both issues have gotten worse I have have become pretty self conscious. Today I was diagnosed with KP on my arms and rosacea on my face. I'll begin her prescribed treatment for both (antibiotic, moisturzer, arm treatments). How soon should I expect results? Reading the posts on the site is a little intimidating, sounds like both are just going to get worse no matter what I do.

Feeling discouraged.
