Lightbulb Keratosis Pilaris Help

Hi all,

I have been using a lotion called Hygrade for many years, and it has been the only treatment that has taken the bumps on the back of my arms and legs away. It is only made here in Colorado, but you can now order it online.

Hope it helps you as much as it's helped me!

Camille

The back of my arms was red goose bump looking, like chicken skin and they as well as the back of my thighs were covered with raised bumps that felt like zits all over. It was bad enough that I didn't like to ever have my arms and legs showing.

Hope that helps.

I remember Dr. Pagano mentioned "Camphorated oil" in his book "Healing Psoriasis", which I read looking for answers or methods, that might benefit K.P sufferers. I might order this stuff, as the Lad-Hydrin, Soul Owner, Carmol, Pernox, Sulfur Soap, and Betnovate has made any noticeable improvement. The only thing that ever helped was Tazorac, but it burned my skin too much.

I just visited their website using the link Camille provided. I think I'm going to order the foot conditioner also. The fact that Soul Owner is a foot product, which has helped many people on this site gave me an idea. Usually foot creams are stronger formulations and this product also includes camphor and natural herbs — Arnica, Comfrey, and Thyme.

Thanks CamiMcc it seems that you don't have the KP cosmetic problem anymore but you were still kind enough to visit & post :-) I am definitely adding this to my list of products to try.

Ingredients

Emailed the company yesterday for an ingredients list of the Hy-Grade lotion:

"Low isopropyl alcohol, amonia water, glycerin, camphor"

Just wondering if you ever ended up ordering hygrade and if so did you like it?

I am interested in hearing more experiences with Hydrade. The ingredients list seems quite different from many of the "typical" lotions I've seen.
