Hi All,

I've just stumbled accross this website and am so relieved. I am 24 yrs old and now realise that i have had KP for 10 years - i was just told that it was a "hormonal" thing and to exfoliate well. Recently i have been obsessing about everyone elses smooth skin and just had enough so went on google to find out why i was abnormal....

I have tried exfoliating with acne scrub but i think that it may make it worse .. any ideas??
