Hi AYNAS. I am new to this board but certainly not new to KP..I've had it for as long as I can remember and can honestly say I've tried it ALL. KP duty, Carmol 30, M.D. Forte (which actually worked for me for one summer), prescription acne medicine, Glycolic acid peels, Salyclic acid lotions, microdermabrasion (what a waste of $120.00...) and of course the product in question above..Freederm. It did absolutely NOTHING.
Now I'm aware that what works is different for everyone, so you may have better luck wit it..but since you were lookin for feedback from someone who actually used Freederm, here I am. And all I can say is it did absolutely NOTHING for me.

No problem AYNAS..and good luck with your search (and pls do share when you find something that really works and I will do the same!)

Lemme just share one bit of info that may or may not be helpful..
I told you in my previous post that MD Forte Hand & Body Cream worked for me one summer and it REALLY worked for me (sooo sad that it only worked for those few months..meaning that when I ran out of the cream and bought another, the magical effect of it had gone away..maybe my skin had gotten immuned to their ingredients after many use? I'll never know...) Anyways, the very first time I used MD Forte Hand & Body Cream on my upper arm (that is where my KP is) it burned like crazy!! My skin got really, really red and really peely I must admit, it looked AWFUL. but the stubborn idiot that I am, I kept using it hoping that my skin will calm. It never did. So instead, (after maybe 2 weeks of using it daily) I stopped using it and started gently exfoliating the peeled skin in the shower. then after the shower I used my prescription ointment (can't remember the name, will post it tomorrow) to heal the peeled skin and OMG..as the ointment healed the badly peeled skin, a fresh, new, SMOOTH layer of skin was visible!!! And it remained that way for the entire summer! that was literally the best summer of my life! I wore tubetops, tank tops, you name it!
Then summer ended, fall came and then winter which is the time I get lazy with my KP and then by the following summer (of course by then my KP was back) when I tried again with my brand new tube of MD Forte, I could not produce the same results..I was really, really sad.
But hey..if it works for even 3months, I know it is worth it for many of us KP sufferers!

Just thought I'd share this story. Hope it helps!

I only have Kp on my upper arms. Shea butter didn't work and it wrecked my bedsheets... i hated applying it because it was so sticky! Cetaphil didn't work on my kp either but it did wonders to my dry crocodile legs.. they are so smooth now! The only thing that helped me was gently exfloliating the affected area and using dove body wash in the shower. Only made skin smoother... ugly dots are still there! Also, when i cut down on diary products, i notice that my skin doesnt get as bumpy.
