Hey everyone. I'm going to be going traveling and I've decided to be completely free of technology while I'm gone. No cell phones, no computers, no nothin'... I really want to simplify things in my life as much as possible.

I erased all my messages in the "pumice & alcohol" thread. I just can not have that in the back of my mind while I'm gone. I really do care very much about people's outcomes with this technique. However, when I get a message that it hasn't worked for someone, I feel too bad about it. I just want to have a very spiritual trip and I don't want anything in the back of my mind. I hope you all understand.

I think by now, this has helped a lot of people. I can't believe how popular the thread became. If someone else is seeing great results from this method, I hope they will pass it on to others.

I understand some of you may wonder why I felt it necessary for me to erase my messages. The plain and simple reason is I am just not comfortable with giving advice when I am not an expert. If I can't be here to answer questions, I don't want my messages up.

I'll be leaving in a week, and I'll be on the forums until then.

hi pumicer.. you're probably still away on your travels. i happened to read about the pumice method you used a couple of months ago and last night i decided to give it a go. i scrubbed my arms with a pumice stone and applied the rubbing alcohol (surgical spirits) after that. it burnt like hell but besides that i am starting to see scabs form. i'm on my second day of applying the rubbing alcohol. the reason why i am mailing you is to find out the exact procedure you followed? i know you think of yourself as not being an expert in this field but i'd really appreciate your help. i won't judge you if it doesnt work for me. i'm just looking for a solution to my problem and so far yours has proved most promising. thank you very much for sharing your solution. you have no idea how much this means to me. regards, nicky.
