Nivea Sun Block and Burts Bee moisturizer keeps my KP smooth?

First of all, i was happy to find out that im not alone. I was paranoid before i dont know what kind of problem do i got on my arms. I keep searching the internet for a while until i found this forum. I take vitamin A/E, stop taking CENTRUM multivitamins and the picking...hahaha.
I have a question regarding the behavior of my KP, this month since it is summer in our place, i went to the beach twice...as usual i applied sunblock to my skin since i am an asian and my skin gets burn easily. After swimming at the sea, i applied burts bees moisturizer. 3 days later, when i have nothing to do i decided to pick on m KP but to my suprise my arms have been become smooth. The puss have been gone. It might be the moisturizer or the sun block? does anyone experience the same incident? as a short term solution, im isolating the problem by not taking any vitamins, apply burts bees moisturizer...then i will update you in 2 weeks...
