Thumbs up Sally Hansen's Airbrush Legs

Ok, so i'm always on the lookout for bronzers and body foundations, and came across Sally Hansen's Airbrush Legs. Its a type of body cover-up spray designed to make your legs look like you're wearing nylons. I decided to buy a bottle and now I honestly wonder how I ever lived without it. No - it doesn't cure my KP. I just use it as a cover up for when I go out to the clubs/bars and want to wear short sleeves. I put on a layer of foundation (just a little) and then use the Airbrush Legs. I spray it in my hand first and then just rub it on.. The best part is that it doesn't smudge or rub off like foundation would. It stays put. Whe I use this stuff, I'm never ever self conscious about my KP and nobody ever knows I have it. Especially if you do a nice exfoliation before hand, it makes your arms look so smooth. I use it on my legs as well. Here is a pic from my birthday party... My KP wont even show up in pictures!

So i'm pretty light-skinned and I use the Tan Glow shade... I also use that one because it makes me look nice and tan. Heres a link to the stuff. It's always in the nail care aisle...

Anyways guys, I just want to thank everyone on here for all of the wonderful idea's i've gotten in the past year and a half of being on this site. My KP has gotten SO much better - i'd say about 50% better than it was when I started using the treatments recommended on here.

I've tried them all - Elicina (yeah, snail mucus DOESNT cure KP), wart remover (for the sal. acid) mixed with lotion, Amlactin, Eucerin, St. Ives scrub, home microdermabrasion, cetaphil, tanning, fake tanners, body acne spray, all sorts of vitamins, supplements, the list goes on.

But what ive found that really works for me is scrubbing daily with the Medicated (Sal Acid) St. Ives Apricot scrub in the morning (before getting in the shower so the scrub doesnt get too runny, it needs to be nice and thick - I gently scrub for a good 5 mins, get the blood flowing), AmLactin lotion morning and night, Dove Nutrium as my body wash (LOVE THIS STUFF) and every now and again a gentle home microdermabrasion treatment. My forearms are pretty much clear of KP, and I can wear 1/2 length sleeves every day if I wanted to, compare to a year ago being one of the worst spots on my body.

I wish everyone the best of luck, find something that works for you until the day when there might be a cure for this disease!

hey, i've tried this sallyhansen product too. i also like it cause, you're right, it doesn't rub off. but i have to warn people trying it. it can get messy. next time i use it i'll try putting it on my hand then putting it on my arms. cause i sprayed it on my legs and arms and it got all over the floor, tub, toilet of my bathroom. and it's tough to clean up cause it dries up quickly. so to anyone trying it be mindful of the cleanup. my tub still has a bit of a tan

Well, if you read the back, it even says to spray directly into your hand first. Yeah, I can imagine that getting pretty messy!!
