Is their a way to make it grow terminal hairs on the same area whit vellus hairs.
I read that by waxing the vellus hairs it will later grow terminal hairs on the same area, is this true or is their some other way of replace vellus hairs whit terminal hairs.
ps please awnser, i need to know.
