I was just browsing around when I came up on this link about a laser treatment called N Lite that has worked in reducing acne by 50% in people that have the most common type of acne. According to the article it has also been effective in treating "psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, and warts." It made me think how effective it would be against KP. Has anyone heard of this treatment and has anyone ever used it for their KP.

That laser is similar to the intense pulse light or IPL laser. The nanometers are not high enough nor is the engergy sufficient to penetrate to the depth that the hair follicle and it's structures exist. As far as will it treat the red spots? It would only be a guess to say maybe. The color spectrum is correct for that wave length of light.

Those other skin disorders aren't very deep. As to why it stimulates collagen production, that is not known because you have to go deeper into the Immediate Reticular Dermis to stimulate it.

You also have to consider the journal that this article was published. The "Lancet" it is considered among the medical profession as a tabloid journal.

Remember with KP you are having a problem with the cells sticking and not exfoliating like in the average person.
