Tanning gets rid of it!!!

Although it is not healthy, I have heard many many people saying that it got rid of their kp by smoothing it and getting rid of the red.

I think that if kp is effecting your life to the point of depression, you should use tanning beds or natural sun. The sun does something that produces vitamin D in your skin that makes it go away. Good luck if you guys try it.

Here is one link that has people talking about it...

I've also noticed this. I've been using tanning beds for a few years with the main intention of 'helping' get rid of my KP, or at least, making it look less obvious. The thing is, I've now noticed how much my skin as aged. It's a catch 22

Tanning is equivalent to "cooking" the skin, so of course we will age quicker. I am sorry, but for me it's worth the sacrifice. I need to get rid of this KP.

Don't use a tanning bed, very dangerous down the road. At least go out in the natural sunlight, it's much less concentrated than those beds.

Oh yeah I know and totally agree. I'm totally aware of the effects of the sun/sunbeds have on the skin. I'm just cutting back on the amount of time spent on sunbeds now.
