I have read that this product works very well. Thinking about adding into my regimen. I read that this product actually makes the keratin pop right out of the skin.

How is it used, is my question? Can someone suggest a routine? Do you only put in on at night? Do you put it on before a shower, and then exfoliate.

just started using it today..only really concerned about my arms right now..think kp duty is ok too and really getting rid of the bumps,but the redness wont go anyone know of anything other than eucerin redness relief that works for redness..

My question is, how do you us it? In the morning, night, before shower? Do you s****e to get the keratin out of your skin. Please let me know....

not sure but reading a few threads suggests nightly for a while and apparently you should not scrub afterwards only gently wash......

I've used it, it works pretty good. The smell is a little overpowering (minty/eucalyptus), and its a tad thick/greasy, but it seems to work quite well. I usually apply it at night and wake up to soft skin. You can use it day or night, it doesn't really matter but it's a little heavy to wear during the day, so that's why I use it at night. It can sting a little, especially if you exfoliate before-hand.
All-in-all, i'd recommend it. It doesn't do anything for the redness, but it sure smooths out the bumps. I'm certain most people on here would agree with that.
