You will need:

Carrot Juice
1 Barf Bag (lol)
1 TBSP ranch dressing
1 more Barf Bag (just in case)
Really sour gummy worms

Have the ranch dressing and barf bag close at hand. Drink 8 fl oz of carrot juice, after every 2 or 3 gulps gag and lick the spoon of ranch dressing. this takes away the after taste and if you do it quick enough you dont get the after taste. tastes like carrots dipped in ranch. If you barf repeat steps 1 and 2 until you can keep it down. When your finally done, dispose of barf bags and eat a few sour gummy worms (anything real sour). this instantly takes away the nasty aftertaste that seems to linger for hours. lol.
